By completing a transaction on our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) in compliance with RBI regulations.

2. Secure Transactions

Razorpay is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway ensuring 100% secure transactions.
We do not store or have access to your complete payment information such as card details or CVV.

All data transmission is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and handled directly by Razorpay.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

  • Your invoice will be generated automatically and made available through your account or sent via email.

4. Payment Failures

A payment may fail due to:

  • Network or server downtime.

  • Insufficient funds or incorrect card/UPI details.

  • Expired card or bank authentication failure.

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, as per the issuing bank’s policy.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed:

  • Only for eligible cancellations or verified product issues (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

  • Back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

  • Within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in INR and inclusive of all applicable GST, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices or charges at any time due to changes in taxation, logistics, or raw material costs.

7. Payment Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized transaction or have concerns regarding a payment:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@greatindiantastes.com with your order ID and payment reference.

  2. We will coordinate with Razorpay to investigate and resolve the issue.

  3. Disputes will be handled in accordance with RBI and Razorpay guidelines.

8. Partial Payments or EMI (if applicable)

In cases where EMI or part payments are available:

  • EMI options depend on your issuing bank’s eligibility and Razorpay’s tie-ups.

  • Interest or processing charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

9. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor transactions to prevent fraud and misuse.
If suspicious activity is detected, GITS reserves the right to:

  • Delay or cancel the transaction.

  • Request additional verification.

  • Deny service or block the user account.

All suspected frauds are reported to Razorpay’s fraud prevention team and relevant law enforcement agencies as required.

10. Governing Law
